Banneker Partners-backed Eyelit completed the acquisition of Optessa.

Banneker Partners-backed Eyelit, Manufacturing Operations Management, Manufacturing Execution, Quality Management, and Factory Automation solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Optessa, a planning, sequencing, and scheduling software.
