Aquapor completed the acquisition of CTGA and Enviman.

Aquapor, a water management company, agreed to acquire CTGA, a company specialized in the preparation of studies and projects in the areas of Hydraulic, Sanitary and environmental engineering, and Enviman, a provider of installation, maintenance, conservation and repair of equipment and infrastructures. Financial terms were not disclosed.
