Tetra Tech completed the acquisition of LS Technologies.

Tetra Tech, a high-end consulting and engineering services provider, completed the acquisition of LS Technologies, an innovative US federal enterprise technology services and management consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Tetra Tech integrates high-end technology services with our subject matter expertise to provide innovative mission critical solutions for our clients.
