Peak 10 Energy Holdings, an oil and gas investment platform, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Strawn Petroleum, an oil and gas exploration and production company, from Oaktree Capital Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Strawn transaction validates our strategy of enhancing shareholder value through asset consolidation and creating economies of scale.
