Quanta Services completed the acquisition of Evergreen North America Industrial Services from The Sterling Group.

Quanta Services, an infrastructure services provider, completed the acquisition of Evergreen North America Industrial Services, a provider of specialized and recurring environmental solutions, from The Sterling Group, a middle market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since the combination, Evergreen has continued to expand its footprint and grow its ability to serve customers with its solutions nationally.
