Yusen Logistics-backed International Logistics Group completed the acquisition of Global Freight Solutions from Phoenix Equity Partners.

Yusen Logistics-backed International Logistics Group, an e-commerce fulfilment specialist, completed the acquisition of Global Freight Solutions, a provider of multi-carrier parcel technology and services from Phoenix Equity Partners, a United Kingdom mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are entering a very exciting phase for GFS – this new relationship and the synergies with ILG and the wider group will help us realise our vision.
