CAPZA and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of a minority stake in IMDEV.

CAPZA, a private equity investment firm, and Bpifrance, a public sector investment bank, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in IMDEV, a medical imaging company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have found with CAPZA and Bpifrance partners of choice who share our values and will support us in our upcoming phase of development.
