Pacific Avenue Capital completed the acquisition of the filtration business unit from Sogefi for €374m.

Pacific Avenue Capital, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of the filtration business unit from Sogefi, a supplier of original parts for the automotive industry, for €374m. The filtration business unit will operate under the name Purflux Group in case of closing of the transaction.
