Chiltern, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Strata Products, a manufacturer and distributor of plastic products for home, office and garden markets, from Berry Global, a manufacturer and marketer of plastic packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Strata has a proven history of manufacturing high quality innovative plastic products, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with our trusted customer base.
