Chiltern to acquire Strata Products from Berry Global.

Chiltern, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Strata Products, a manufacturer and distributor of plastic products for home, office and garden markets, from Berry Global, a manufacturer and marketer of plastic packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Strata has a proven history of manufacturing high quality innovative plastic products, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with our trusted customer base. With Chiltern’s and Glen’s support, we will drive growth in the UK through new product development, as well as continuing our expansion in Europe and North America,” Jay Ilsen, Chiltern CEO.
