Alcoa completed the acquisition of Alumina for $2.2bn.

Alcoa, a global company specializing in bauxite, alumina and aluminum products, completed the acquisition of Alumina, a company that invests in bauxite mining, alumina refining and aluminium smelting, for $2.2bn. “Alcoa is proud to announce the completion of our first major acquisition.
