Solace Capital Partners-backed CST Industries completed the acquisition of Ostsee Tank Solutions.

Solace Capital Partners-backed CST Industries, a complete storage system provider, completed the acquisition of Ostsee Tank Solutions, a manufacturer of tank solutions including aluminum domes and covers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “OTS is highly complementary to CST and its adjacency to our EMEA operations will help provide increased production capacity as well as the ability to capture greater market share in the region.
