Bobst Group, a global supplier of equipment and services to the packaging industry, completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in BHS Group, a global supplier of mechanical engineering, plant engineering, lifecycle services and digital solutions for the corrugated board industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
