Knox Lane-backed Elevation Labs, a personal care product company, completed the acquisition of Boomerang Laboratories, a manufacturer of liquid products for personal care, from Centre Partners Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 1999, Boomerang is a contract development and manufacturing organization for beauty and personal care brands. Boomerang provides “lab to label” services within liquid fill categories to assist customers from product ideation to final production. The Company is headquartered in Spring Park, Minnesota.
