Captain Fresh completed the acquisition of Central Seaway Company.

Captain Fresh, an India-based multi-species multi-origin seafood company, completed the acquisition of Central Seaway Company, a company distributing frozen seafood in the US. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely proud of what CenSea has accomplished as a family-owned enterprise.
