Endava completed the acquisition of GalaxE for $405m.

Endava, a technology services company combining world-class engineering, industry expertise and a people-centric mindset, completed the acquisition of GalaxE, a global IT and business solutions provider, for $405m. “We are delighted for the GalaxE team to join Endava.
