Afinum Management, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Prologa Group, a software solutions company within the SAP partner ecosystem. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of PROLOGA aligns seamlessly with Afinum 9’s strategy, focusing on transition and succession situations in the four verticals „Software & TMT”, “Healthcare”, “Industrial Technology” and “Consumer & Internet”. The growth strategy will focus on expanding the organization, with a strong emphasis on enhancing sales and marketing functions, as well as bolstering product development capabilities. Plans further envisage establishing additional offices in Germany and internationally to improve client coverage and reach. This expansion may also involve strategic acquisitions.
