Fortune Brands Innovations completed the acquisition of SpringWell for $105m.

Fortune Brands Innovations, a manufacturer of home and security products, completed the acquisition of SpringWell, a residential whole-home water filtration and water softening solutions provider, for $105m. “This acquisition opens opportunities for Fortune Brands to cross-sell our complementary water management products and positions Fortune Brands to continue to strategically expand our whole home water ecosystem enabled by smart, connected products,” Nicholas Fink, Fortune Brands Chief Executive Officer.
