VSE completed the acquisition of Turbine Controls for $120m.

VSE, a provider of aftermarket distribution and repair services, completed the acquisition of Turbine Controls, an aircraft maintenance, repair & overhaul services provider, for $120m. “We are very pleased to officially welcome the TCI team to the VSE Aviation Family.
