John Ferring Family Office, an investment vehicle, completed the acquisition of Custom-Pak Products, a contract manufacturer specializing in aerosol and liquid products from Pritzker-backed PLZ, an aerosol and liquid product manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “While Custom-Pak is a great business, we’ve determined that the niche nature of the business is no longer a strategic fit for PLZ’s long-term plans. This divestiture simplifies our business and positions PLZ for growth as we serve our customers,” Brett Finley, PLZ Corp CEO.
