Acera Insurance Services completed the acquisition of Green Benefits Group.

Acera Insurance Services, a brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of Green Benefits Group, an insurance agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Partnering with Acera Insurance, and leading the Acera Benefits Ontario division, means we can offer our clients with the greater options and opportunities that they’re looking for. Plus, joining Acera Benefits will allow our team to have greater bench strength to support our clients, who have been our only driving focus since we opened our doors in 2009.
