Erhvervsinvest Management completed the acquisition of Bisca from Scandza.

Erhvervsinvest Management, a Danish private equity group, completed the acquisition of Bisca, a biscuits brand, from Scandza, a Norwegian food group. Financial terms were not disclosed. According to a filing on the Oslo stock exchange, the transaction will be finalised by the second quarter of this year.
