Swisspor completed the acquisition of Creaton CEE from the Terreal.

Swisspor, a developer, manufacturer, and provider of products and systems for energy-efficient buildings, completed the acquisition of Creaton CEE, a company specializing in clay tiles and concrete tile roofing, from the Terreal. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have come to know the Alantra team as highly credible advisers in the building materials sector, especially in Central and Eastern Europe and in Austria.
