Intermediate Capital Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Oak Nation, a wine and cognac producer, from Latour Capital, a private equity firm that focuses on majority and minority investments in growth companies, BNP Development, a private equity investment firm based in Paris, IDIA Capital Investment, a private equity company investing in companies operating in the nutrition, food processing, agricultural distribution, wine industry, and retail sectors, and SG Capital Partners, an investment management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. ICG's entry as a partner is intended to accelerate OAK NATION's development and support its diversification into new growth markets and segments, based on a strategy of both organic and external growth.
