KME, a supplier of precision rolled copper, phosphor bronze, nickel silver and brass strip and offer an extensive portfolio of high quality products, agreed to acquire Sundwiger Messingwerk, a company specializing in bronze rolled semi-finished products and a manufacturer of brass rolled semi-finished products for €62m.
