Phoenix Tower International completed the acquisition of the Ireland business of Cellnex Telecom for €971m.

Phoenix Tower International, a telecommunications company operating wireless infrastructure sites, completed the acquisition of the Ireland business of Cellnex Telecom, an operator of towers and telecom infrastructures, for €971m.
