Magnum Capital Industrial Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of 5 clinics including Clínica Peñas, Porcuna & de Benito, Ivas Mañero Clinic, Clínica Institute Dr Paloma and Clínica Redondo Camacho. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sellers will continue to be involved in the business as medical practitioners and minority investors in the buyer’s vehicle.
