DaVita, a company that provides dialysis services and integrated health care management services, completed the acquisition of a dialysis clinic networks in Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Ecuador from Fresenius Medical Care, a provider of products and services for individuals with renal diseases, for $300m. “We continue to move at pace in optimizing our portfolio, to reduce complexity and improve profitability.
