Waterland Private Equity-backed netgo, an IT service provider, completed the acquisition of msystems, a DATEV Solution & Corporate partner and established IT service provider for tax consulting, lawyer and auditing firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With msystems, we are not only soluding the market leadership of netgo tax. We are also gaining almost two decades of experience in the law firm business.
