Digital Core REIT, a pure-play data centre REIT listed in Singapore and sponsored by Digital Realty, completed the acquisition of a 24.9% stake in a Frankfurt data center from Digital Realty, a real estate investment trust that owns, operates and invests in carrier-neutral data centers across the world, for €118m.
