Duni, a provider of sustainable dining and food packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Relevo, a packaging company in Munich, Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. The purpose of the transaction is to further strengthen Duni Group’s food packaging business and to provide circular solutions to customers for every occasion.
