BNP Paribas completed the acquisition of Banco Cetelem from Orange Bank.

BNP Paribas, a universal bank and financial services holding company, completed the acquisition of Banco Cetelem, Orange Bank's Spanish subsidiary, from Orange Bank, a banking services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
