Carenet Health to acquire Health Dialog.

Carenet Health, a provider of healthcare engagement, clinical support, advocacy and 24/7 telehealth solutions, agreed to acquire Health Dialog, an American company providing personalized population health services to health plans, providers, employers and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
