Arlington Capital-backed Systems Planning & Analysis, a provider of innovative solutions impacting complex national security programs and defense priorities, completed the acquisition of DARPA, OSD, and Select NRO Technical Advisory Services Programs from Carlyle-backed ManTech, a provider of national and homeland security technology solutions and services.
