Private equity firms Initiative & Finance and Areka Capital completed the investment in Ocellis, a French development and climate engineering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Initiative & Finance invested alongside Arkéa Capital, the founder Christophe Pinot and the management team and its participation will allow Ocellis to continue its strong development while strengthening the presence of its key executives.
