ACCIONA completed the acquisition of the Kwinana Waste-to-Energy facility from DIF and Macquarie.

ACCIONA, a Spanish multinational conglomerate dedicated to the development and management of infrastructure and renewable energy, completed the acquisition of the Kwinana Waste-to-Energy facility from infrastructure investors DIF and Macquarie. Financial terms were not disclosed.
