Starwood Capital Entities to go public via a SPAC merger with Jaws Mustang Acquisition.

Starwood Capital Entities, an investment affiliates of Starwood Capital, agreed to go public via a SPAC merger with Jaws Mustang Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under the terms of the LOI, the combined public company would become the direct or indirect owner of the Starwood Capital Entities' interests in ten properties.
