KYIP Capital completed the acquisition of Istituto Volta.

KYIP Capital, a growth buyout fund, completed the acquisition of Istituto Volta, a computer training school. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We chose KYIP Capital because of their deep experience in the world of education and their ability to understand Istituto Volta’s unique business model and potential.
