Frazier Healthcare Partners completed the acquisition of RevSpring from GTCR.

Frazier Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused investment firm, completed the acquisition of RevSpring, a provider of end-to-end communication and payment solutions servicing healthcare and financial services companies, from GTCR, a private equity firm.
