KYIP Capital completed the acquisition of Istituto Volta.

KYIP Capital, an independent fund management company, completed the acquisition of Istituto Volta, a company focused on the Italian professional training market with a strong IT and healthcare verticals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We chose KYIP Capital because of their deep experience in the world of education and their ability to understand Istituto Volta’s unique business model and potential.
