Battery Ventures, a global, technology-focused investment firm, completed the acquisition of TrueContext, a software company, for $110m. “Partnering with Battery Ventures, a firm with huge amount of experience scaling enterprise-software companies, is a natural fit for TrueContext and one that will allow our firm to double down on product development and better serve our existing customers—as well as acquire new ones.
