Leonard Green and Aurora Capital-backed Pace Analytical, a provider of a full suite of contract CMC development, clinical trials materials manufacturing, regulatory compliance, consulting, and facility support services to the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and gene therapy industries, completed the acquisition of New Jersey laboratory facility from Curia, a contract development and manufacturing organization. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition builds upon our leadership in the analytical services space to support emerging drug development partners through commercialization activities.
