Swire Pacific completed the acquisition of a majority stake in DeltaHealth China from Eight Roads.

Swire Pacific, a Hong Kong-listed international conglomerate investing in property, aviation, beverage and healthcare, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in DeltaHealth China, an owner of cardiology-focused hospital and clinic in Shanghai, from Eight Roads, a venture capital fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to be investing further into DeltaHealth and taking a controlling position. Demand for high-quality healthcare is growing rapidly as income and living standards rise, and we anticipate demand for the treatment of cardiovascular disease to increase in line with these developments,” Guy Bradley, Swire Pacific Chairman.
