Incoronato, a contractor services, and Virginia, a Stavanger-based family office, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake of Faber Bygg, a general contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The entry of the new owners into Faber Bygg marks a new era for the company and will contribute to accelerating our growth and development.
