Conscia to acquire Siemify.

Conscia, a provider of mission-critical IT infrastructure in networks, cybersecurity, and cloud, agreed to acquire Siemify, a Splunk-specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today’s operations must constantly utilize data from a plethora of sources more efficiently to meet growing demands for optimization, traceability, reliability, and security. No solution manages this like Splunk, and Siemify’s consultants are experts at letting the customer make the most of the platform. With Siemify, Conscia will be able to continue to offer leading knowledge about visibility, prediction, and automation in the systems and help customers in several Conscia countries meet the challenges of tomorrow,” Lars Kyhlstedt, Conscia GM of Sweden.
