LDC completed the acquisition of a minority stake in The 55 Group.

LDC, a private equity investor, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in The 55 Group, a procurement and technology specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The 55 Group is a great example of a fast growing Yorkshire business led by a hugely ambitious team. It represents LDC’s third investment in the region in just under 12 months, underlining our commitment to supporting the best businesses in Yorkshire.
