Sesa-backed Var Group, a company focused on technological solution development, managed & security services, ERP & vertical, digital strategies, financial solutions and R&D, completed the acquisition of a stake in Analysis, a company that develops software solutions for the digitalization of business processes, with focus on sustainability and compliance management.
