Francisco Partners completed the acquisition of Jama Software from Insight Partners and Madrona Ventures for $1.2bn.

Francisco Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Jama Software, a requirements management and traceability solution provider, from private equity firms Insight Partners and Madrona Ventures, for $1.2bn.
