Positivo Tecnologia to acquire Algar TI Consultoria for $47m.

Positivo Tecnologia, a company that develops and manufacturers technology based on hardware and services, agreed to acquire Algar TI Consultoria, a managed service provider, for $47m. “The joining of forces between our Company's hardware infrastructure offerings and strategic partnerships, combined with Algar TI Consultoria's experience in services, creates a true technology powerhouse (One-Stop-Shop),” Rodrigo Guercio, Positivo Tecnologia Vice President for Corporate Business.
