Bourn Rock Investments to acquire a 60% stake in Castelbel from Vallis Capital Partners.

Bourn Rock Investments, a corporate Investment company, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in Castelbel, a luxury fragrances company, from Vallis Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to have concluded this sale, which is the fifth Exit of the Fund Vallis Sustainable Investments I. This transaction is the culmination of the dedicated work of the entire Castelbel team, which has successfully executed an ambitious business plan over the years.
